Welcome to SignalFitAI. By accessing or using our service, you agree to the terms below.

1. Scope of Service

SignalFitAI provides a vendor-neutral evaluation platform for analyzing anonymized AI interaction logs. We help enterprise teams assess safety, quality, and vendor performance in real-world AI deployments. Our services include:

  • Secure ingestion of redacted or synthetic interaction logs
  • Evaluation using internal signal detectors and trusted third-party tools
  • Reports on safety/quality gaps and potential vendor matches
  • Optional routing to qualified vendor tools (with your opt-in)

This service is intended for organizational use only.

2. Customer Responsibilities

You remain fully responsible for the legality and content of the data you provide. By using SignalFitAI, you agree to:

  • Submit only anonymized, non-identifiable logs or synthetic data
  • Ensure all necessary rights and consents for submitted data
  • Use the service only for evaluation and benchmarking — not model training or resale
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)

3. Data Ownership and License

You retain all ownership rights to the data you submit.
By submitting logs, you grant SignalFitAI a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to process that data for the sole purpose of delivering the evaluation services described in this agreement.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload harmful, unlawful, or malicious content
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the platform
  • Use the service for deceptive, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

5. Data Retention and Processing

  • Submitted logs are deleted within 60 days by default
  • You may request deletion at any time
  • Raw logs are never shared with vendors
  • Synthetic logs may be generated for vendor evaluation
  • Full privacy safeguards are outlined in our Privacy Policy

6. Vendor Integrations

If you opt in to third-party benchmarking:

  • Vendors only receive synthetic or redacted samples
  • No vendor may store, reproduce, or reuse data
  • Vendor tools are provided “as is” with no guarantees from SignalFitAI
  • SignalFitAI does not endorse or certify any vendor’s performance or claims

7. Service Availability

We strive for high uptime and performance but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

8. No Warranties / Limitation of Liability

SignalFitAI is provided “as is,” with no warranties of any kind.
We disclaim all liability for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Lost business, reputation, or profits
  • Errors in third-party vendor outputs
  • Decisions made based on our evaluation reports

Use our outputs as directional guidance only — not external certification.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SignalFitAI, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, or damages arising from:

  • Your misuse of the service
  • Violation of applicable law or third-party rights
  • Submission of unlawful, unpermitted, or non-anonymized data

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access:

  • If you violate these terms
  • At your request
  • If required by law

Your data will be securely deleted per our retention policy.

11. Feedback and Beta Participation

You acknowledge that some features may be in beta.
We may solicit feedback, which you agree we can use to improve the service. You are not obligated to provide feedback, and doing so grants us no rights beyond service enhancement.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware unless otherwise required by applicable law.

13. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.
The latest version will always be available on our site. Continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of any updates.
